Visit the ancient temple,Phra That Doi Suthep temple on the top of Suthep mountain. Climb 360 steps to the site. Inside there is a marvellous copper-plated pagoda topped by a five-tier gold umbrella which consists of partial relics of Lord Buddha. You will witness scenic views of the city of Chiang Mai. Doi Suthep temple is followed by a visit to the Meo Hill tribe village at Doi Pui. There are several groups of Meo Hill tribes but the white and Blue Meos are the largest groups. These groups are distinguished by their costumes. The White Meos wear black costumes. Because their village is further away from the city, you will find them less commercial.
